  • a bath for baby

  • sending baby to the nursery

  • cross cradle hold for breastfeeding

  • newborn exam until after 3 golden hours


Things to pack for your hospital birth:

  • your birth plan

  • snacks

  • high quality organic orange juice

  • electrolytes

  • socks

  • homemade meals you can heat in the hospital room microwave
