How to Reduce Your EMF Exposure at Home

First things first: Put your phone down. Turn it off, put it on airplane mode—just keep it away from your body as much as possible. Don’t put it in your pocket unless it is off or in airplane mode. Don’t sleep with your phone in your room. Distance is your best friend in reducing EMF exposure.
Turn your WiFi off. Ideally, your WiFi should be turned off at night and whenever not in use during the day. You can use a WiFi kill switch—like this one from Tech Wellness—for conveniently turning off your WiFi when you aren't using it. This WiFi router from Tech Wellness is one of the lowest EMF-emitting routers on the market at this time. You can also choose to hardwire all your devices—yes, you have to plug them in, but the slight inconvenience is well worth it!
Avoid smart devices like Google or Alexa devices, or even appliances with smart features. Yes, I know they are convenient, but the convenience is not worth the health risks. I recommend avoiding the purchase of any devices that use Bluetooth unnecessarily, such as fridges or washing machines.
Get rid of your microwave. Just do it—you can heat up your food on the stovetop or in a toaster oven/air fryer like the one we just purchased for our new house. Your food will even taste better as a result. (I do recommend swapping out the trays for stainless steel!)
Cover or get rid of your smart meter. We used the smart meter cover from Tech Wellness at our current house, and thankfully, we were able to get rid of the smart meter at our new house—so we don’t have to worry about it. Read more about smart meter risks on Tech Wellness’s page. To get rid of your smart meter, you will just have to contact your electric company to ask that your smart meter be removed and replaced with an analog meter instead (there is usually a small fee for this)!
For the babies: There are three safe options. One, use no baby monitor at all—there’s no risk if you don’t have one. Two, use an audio-only baby monitor that does not connect to your phone or WiFi. Or three, Tech Wellness has released a baby monitor that is hardwired, so it does not require WiFi or Bluetooth. This is the only video option I would recommend for your baby.
